BACKGROUND
After establishing an exceptional 20+ year track record of success in commercial real estate development and construction, Darrell Arevalo relocated from the New York City metropolitan area to San Antonio, Texas in 2015. His appreciation for the deep-rooted history, vibrant community and emerging markets of Central Texas is matched by his enthusiasm for developing spaces that create meaningful experiences for the people who use them.
In Austin, while working at Turnbridge Equities, Darrell’s senior leadership and experience was vital for the execution of the South Congress and Riverside developments, including Music Lane. This experience translated into his evolving passion for working on mixed-use projects, often in the hospitality sector, and especially those with historical significance.
